Our first office in Southeast Asia opened in 1995. Since then we have served clients across all key sectors, both private and public, and played a key role in helping industries, companies and government restructure following the crisis. We have continued to play a key role in assisting Bank Indonesia and the Ministry of Finance to restructure the banking sector.

We are helping our private sector clients not only to design the right strategy and organisation, but also to rapidly implement the initiatives required to substantially improve performance.

Our office has assisted in a number of community and corporate social responsibility initiatives, including the Poverty Alleviation Agency, the Progressio Business Planning competition and the CEO forum for Corporate Social Responsibility.
