SIMBIZ 2012: SMART STRATEGY FOR BUSINESS SUCCESS
JA Titan Simulation Business
By this year theme, SIMBIZ 2012 wants to encourage the participants to have smart and creative strategy in doing their own business successfully. With training and competition held by SIMBIZ 2012, the participants can learn directly by simulating their business using the JA Titan software from Colorado, USA. Participants will enjoy playing the simulation business game while on the other hand they will also gain their knowledge and intuition in developing their passion and future career.
Targeted participants (15-24 years old):
- High school students
- Undergraduate University students
In order to get know about how to play this game, we will conduct a FREE JA Titan Simulation Business Training on:
Date : Saturday, 26th November 2011
Time : 9.00 - 12.00 p.m. for the 1st shift
12.00 - 3.00 p.m. for the 2nd shift

The SIMBIZ 2012 Competition Technical Meeting for Participants Outside Jakarta:
Date : Friday, 3rd January 2012
Time : 2.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m
The SIMBIZ 2012 Competition will be held on:
Date : Saturday & Sunday, 14 - 15 January 2012
Time : 7.00 a.m. – end

Open for: High School and Undergraduate University students
Nature of the competition: Team based competition, each team consisting of 2 people.
Registration fee:
- Early Registration (15th October-26th November 2011) : IDR 160.000,- per team
- Late Registration (27th November 2011-6th January 2012) : IDR 180,000,- per team
Each Participant is required to:
- Submit 2 (two) photos (2x3 cm), color or black/white, and please write your name on the back
- Submit a photocopy of Student ID
- Submit a letter from the institution which the participant represents, declaring that the participant is still part of that institution as a student, and therefore represents them
- Fill in the Online Registration Form only for JA Titan Training in www.bite-simbiz.com during 20th October – 20th November 2011 or come to JWC Campus to register offline during 31st October – 4th November 2011.
- Fill in the Online Registration Form only for JA Titan Competition in www.bite-simbiz.com during 20th October – 6th January 2012 or come to JWC Campus to register during 2nd – 6th January 2012.
- Payment need to be made before the technical meeting or on the training day, otherwise the participants will not be recognized as the participants of SIMBIZ 2012
- All participants must come on the Technical Meeting Day: 7th January 2012
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
If the school wishes to enroll more than six teams for the competition, the seventh team will be placed on the waiting list. We will provide such confirmation on 7th January 2012.
1. Online Registration

(Online registration will only be open from 20th October 2011 – 6th January 2012)
2. Offline Registration
Directly come to campus Binus International University (JWC Campus)
2nd – 6th January 2012 (Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.)
If you choose this second way of registration, please bring the registration requirements (registration form, registration fee, photo, copy of ID card, and the letter from institution) along.
The REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT can be done by
1. Directly Come to Binus International JWC Campus , from:
- 31st October – 4th November 2011
- 2nd – 6th January 2012
(Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.)
Together with the other requirements (photo, copy of ID card, and the institution letter) as mentioned before.
2. Via Transfer

Note: Photo, copy of ID card, and the institution letter must be submitted directly to our registration stand at Binus University International the Joseph Wibowo Center for Advance Learning. The latest submission is in the 7th January 2012 before 4 p.m.
Please be advised that we have the right to reject participants who do not fulfill the age requirement, not represent the institution, or have not completed the registration requirements by the required due date.

TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMODATION
For the participants outside Jakarta, who are not familiar with capital of city, we provide you with transportation and accommodation services. The transportation will be available to carry the participants from the accommodation site to the competition venue, and so from the competition venue back to the accommodation site.
Transportation from and/or to the airport or station are also provided (only upon request from the participants).

TRANSPORTATION
Only for those who choose to stay at our recommended hotel, we will provide transportation to Binus JWC during the competition. Also, participants MUST choose hotel before Friday, 16th December 2011. We will not responsible for participants accommodation after the selected date.
1. D?1 (13 January 2012)
We will provide buses that will standby to pick you up at the time that has been appointed with the transaco team
2. D Day (14 January 2012)
The transportation will be available in:
- Bringing the participant from the accommodation sites to the competition venue.
- Taking participants from the competition venue to the accommodation sites.
- Transportation service is again only available for participants that use our accommodation services.
3. Closing Day (15 January 2012)
Since the FINAL ROUND will be held on Sunday, 15 January 2012 and the certificate and also the prizes will be given during the closing ceremony, all participants MUST ATTEND the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, 15 January 2012. On the top of that, we will have a guest stars performance.
